of plans for my house?
A: No, Bill Chreist will design your home for you and there is no
extra charge for that service. Bill can draw you a floor plan and commit
to a price to build it before you even have to commit to buying the lot.
His fast turnaround time is very unusual in the home building business.
We can build your home from a completed set of plans if you wish but it
is a part of our service to custom design your home to your specifications.
Q: Will I have to worry about
what the final cost of my home will be? I've heard horror stories about
cusom builders that surprise the customers with huge extras costs at closing!
A: Not at Sunn Quality Homes, we will give you a detailed cost sheet before
we break ground. Any extra items you add during construction is at builders
cost plus a reasonable percentage and you know that cost before it is
added to your house.
Q: How long does it take to build
my home?
A: It varies according to the size and difficulty of your home but the
average time from ground breaking to move-in on a 3,000 sq. ft. home is
about 6 months.
Q: Do I have to hire a decorator
service to choose my colors?
A: No, Cindy Chreist will help you choose all your colors for your new
home. She has a system that she has developed over the past 23 years that
makes it easy and un-stressful to pick your choices.
Q: Can I include the construction financing in my contract
with you?
A: Yes, we can include all costs you incur building your dream home, including
construction costs, points, landscaping and even interior furnishings
if desired.
Q: Do you only build Southwestern
style homes?
A: No, we love to build many different styles of homes.Whatever style
of home appeals to you we would be happy to build for you.
Q: Are your homes warranted?
A: Yes, all our homes come with a one-year builders warranty.
