Sunn Quality Homes has received many awards over the years for their outstanding designs. “The award's are nice, but the most important award is when I run into a past customer and they tell me how much they have enjoyed the home I built for them years ago. That and the satisfaction I get from the creation process is what makes all the hard work worthwhile,” says Bill Chreist.

“We tried to mold new design ideas and products with the charms of traditional New Mexico styling,” says Bill. ”A new Viking commercial grade cooktop goes well against an exposed adobe wall. The electrical wiring in the walls can be RG -- 6 cable to accommodate fast Internet access, and the walls can hide a vacuum system without losing the enchanting Southwestern feel of plaster walls against viga and latilla ceiling and flagstone floors!”

Sunn Quality Homes continually expands and improves their stunning homes by incorporating new ideas and products. “We recently came up with an idea to create carved masonry displays with our Santa Fe mason. The end result was a fantastic element that is very unique and has received a lot of positive comments,” says Bill.
